Ballet teaches respect for oneself and the other, discipline, concentration and education. It is also a tool to help participants understand that, through effort and determination, they can achieve personal improvement beyond their own limits.

From 2007 to 2016, the course was held in the community spaces of the NSA church. With the inauguration of the CEU (Unified Center of the Arts) in the Creative Square of Jardim das Oliveiras, we decided to move this project to the Cine Teatro, in order to provide students with better comfort, to have more privacy, air conditioning and to occupy a space geographically more centralized. The quality of teaching and results has improved a lot! Classes take place every day, from Monday to Friday, alternating the basic level course (with teacher Vanessa) to the advanced level course (with teacher Ana Vitoria). We count with the participation of 20 students for each group. We are looking for funding to be able to open a new "baby-class" class, with students between 4 and 6 years old, occupying the Multiuse 01 room. The courses are held, free of charge, from 6 pm to 7.30 pm.
